Getting started
Connect Google to Una
Bring supported Google information into the conversation.
Open the written Ask Una conversation and choose Connect Google.
Review the Google sign-in and permission screens; continue only with the account and access you intend to use.
Return to Una and check the connection status.
If you see Reconnect Google or Google needs attention, follow that message before relying on live access.
Good to know: Read access and approved actions can have different readiness states. A connected label is not a guarantee that every service is working.

Choose what earns a place on your Home.
Open Edit Home.
Choose Main tiles, Apps, Shortcuts or Appearance and make your changes.
Choose Save home to keep them. Cancel or Back discards your draft.

While creating or editing a shortcut, choose Improve my request.
Read the suggestion and edit it if needed.
Choose Use this wording to accept it, or Keep original.

Choose up to two alerts.
Open or add a Diary entry and find Reminders.
Choose Alert and Second alert. Use Custom… for minutes, hours or days before.
Choose Save plan. Check the saved bell badge for the reminder times.
To remove an alert, choose None and save again.
For example: For a 14:00 appointment, one day before and 30 minutes before gives two different alerts.
Good to know: Untimed plans use 9:00 am. Check the displayed time zone. Saved choices are not proof of phone delivery.
Diary & tasks

On iPhone, add Unravel to your Home Screen and open it there.
In Diary, choose Enable alerts and allow notifications when asked.
Follow any setup warning before relying on alerts.
Check that each plan or task has its own saved reminder times.

Diary & tasks

In Food, open View shopping list.
Check the cupboard, fridge and freezer, then tick off items you already have.
Choose your supermarket and Open store if you want to shop there.

Open Ask Una and choose Voice when you want to speak.
Allow microphone access only if you want to use voice.
Speak your request and check the answer or proposed action on screen.

Check dates, times and whether travel details are live estimates or scheduled.
Use a result’s share control when offered, then review what you are sending.

Read the on-screen error or setup warning.
Wait for a saved confirmation before leaving the entry.
If you changed profiles, reopen the entry in the correct profile before retrying.

Keep the route back to Unravel clear.
Open the service you want from Home or UNA TV.
If it opens in a browser view, use that view’s back or close controls to return.
If offered, use Open in app when sign-in or playback needs the provider’s own app.

Check the view before creating a duplicate.
Check the selected profile and Personal or Shared household choice.
